Category:Fixed action patterns
Inevitable, inbuilt behaviour in a species
In ethology, a fixed action pattern is an instinctive behavioral sequence produced in response to an external sensory stimulus known as a sign stimulus or releaser. This category is for images which display FAPs in action. Please note: one or two pictures for each type should be plenty - a gallery of yawning is not required.
