The Holocaust Memorial at the jewish cemetery in Gauting, Bavaria, Germany, was erected in 1947. The jewish cemetery was installed because around 700 displaced persons were in Gauting between 1946 and 1956. Acording to Fürnrohr and Muschialik this was probable the earliest holocaust memorial in Germany (see [1])
