The Parasuram Kothi temple is a palace-like temple complex in Nirmand, Kulu district of Himachal Pradesh. A large structure architecturally integrated with the hill side, it is a composite of stone and wooden components. The Parashuram Kothi has many layers of construction with artwork from 8th to 14th century.

Outside, near the Kothi temple, is a round about platform on the road with embedded Hindu artwork from 9th to 11th century. Inside are several temples with exquisitely carved sanctum doors and numerous panels of pre-14th century stone carvings. These panels are embedded in the walls and passage ways, likely when the structure was restored or rebuilt. The complex has temples for Vishnu, Shiva and Devi.
