Deutsch: Der Safad Sub-District (so die Schreibweise der britischen Mandatsregierung; arab. Qaẓā' Ṣafad ṣقضاء صفد; hebr. Nafat Zfat נפת צפת) war zwischen 1920 und 1948 ein Unterbezirk Palästinas zur Mandatszeit. Er wurde gebildet aus Teilen des osmanischen Sanschaks Akkon und besteht im Wesentlichen unverändert fort als israelische Nafat Zfat im israelischen Mechos ha-Zafon (Bezirk des Nordens). Zur Mandatszeit gehörte der Safad Sub-District ab 1922 zum Northern District, ab 1937 zum Galilee District, ab 1939 zum Galilee and Acre District und ab 1940 wieder zum Galilee District.
