English: St Elmo Court was a residential high rise building, mostly used as office space, in Christchurch with a Category II heritage classification by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust. It was damaged in the 2010 Canterbury earthquake, and sustained further damage in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. Demolition began on 20 March 2011.
