1. Why are there maps with blue colors, the "normal" way is orange and green.
2. Why are the Netherlands sometimes orange, sometimes green? AFAIK the first contry mentioned is always green.
3. Why aren't there both versions, i.e. File:Netherlands Turkey Locator.png with the Netherlands in green and Turkey in orange and File:Turkey Netherlands Locator.png with Turkey in green and the Netherlands in orange?
