It should be moved; we usually shouldn't have Category:City instead of Category:City,Nation or Category:City,State or even Category:City,State,Nation except for really, really famous cities.--Prosfilaes (talk) 15:32, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Category:City is no problem for small towns as long it doesn't conflict with something else (like monsters in this case). Multichill (talk) 15:46, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
In theory, maybe, but the English Wikipedia comes up with two Ingersolls, four Deweys, more Burlingtons than I'm interested in counting right now, 14 Lowells, 4 Alvas, more than a dozen Parises, 6 Worcesters and 3 Rigas. Only one Tallinn, though. There's only so many names out there, and while the US and Canada may be pernicious in their name reuse, I can't believe the rest of the world has escaped the problem.--Prosfilaes (talk) 16:26, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
