Alphabetization of subcategories[edit]

Why is the alphabetization of categories inconsistent? Some are organized by the name of the city or town (e.g., First Parish Meetinghouse (Bedford, Massachusetts)‎ is in the B's) while others are alphabetized by the name of the congregation (e.g., All Souls Unitarian Church (Greenfield, Massachusetts) is in the A's.
