Okay, this appears to be effectively a duplicate of the Monuments and memorials in Indiana category. Since the Monuments and memorials in Indiana is extensively populated and includes more than just war memorials, I've set this up as a referral category.

I did not delete this as it is part of a extensive categorization system for war memorials and monuments. The other option was to place all the war specific Monuments and memorials in Indiana into this War memorials in Indiana category and 1) duplicate them in two places or 2) make War memorials in Indiana a subcategory of Monuments and memorials in Indiana.
