- Info Hirschkäferlarve - Lucanus cervus (Larvae). If you take a closer look, you can detect lice or something similar on it. -- Hockei (talk) 17:11, 5 March 2013 (UTC)

- Oppose crop is odd, image is just not that impressive IMO. Mono 19:55, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
- Info The animal is not cropped. Just a finger is cut a bit at the bottom right. Regardless of it, perhaps it was not a good idea to nominate this picture for FP anyway. Most people find the animal rather ugly than interesting I think. Hockei (talk) 21:39, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
- I withdraw my nomination Hockei (talk) 21:39, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
- Comment BTW, the 'lice' are mites. B.p. 22:45, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
- Comment I thought so almost. Thanks! Hockei (talk) 23:02, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
- short question Is this withdraw nomination an active nomination within the meaning of General rule 11? Hockei (talk) 10:04, 10 March 2013 (UTC)
- Once withdrawn it is gone, so no longer active. B.p. 12:22, 10 March 2013 (UTC)
