In 2010-11 there was a similar request, and where uploaded 101 images. After 4 years, as of 16 February 2015, Ion Chibzii has 1543 photos on Flickr and Radu Chibzii has 2253 photos. Almost (or probably) all of those photos are CC-BY(-SA), so, we can upload them to commons. As i see, there was also an OTRS ticket. Excepting those 101 images uploaded by bot, several tens of images of Ion Chibzii was uploaded by human users, so it would be good if bot can detect if on commons exist an duplicate file and skip upload of respective file. Done @XXN: but not all from Radu Chibzii flick'r stream. There are a lot of out of COM:SCOPE and COM:DW uploads. Best. --Steinsplitter (talk) 20:02, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
