Hello, I'm frequently recategorizing images, and I guess AWB will be making the task less tedious (even though I always double check before triggering any task, like with HotCat). Thank you. LeZibou (talk) 21:12, 28 April 2017 (UTC)
As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made between 1,000 and 1,500 useful, non-botlike edits or a large amount of justified renaming requests at the Commons before they will consider granting the filemover right.
I come across a great many file names with very ambiguous/misleading names or errors in naming, and rather than go through the time-consuming process of rename requests (as I have just done with a number of dress files simply named Number45, Number32, Number15, etc...), it would be handy to be able to just do the rename/move as I see them.
