Commons:Tekniska museet/Template migration

Since Tekniska museet migrated their data to a new database, the principles for weblinks at Kulturdata has changed. There are broken links on Commons and Wikipedia, i'd like to fix. This would be the best place to find qualified help.

I identify two different tasks:

  • Change the template for use with new URI:s
  • Look for old identifiers on Wiki-pages and replace them

About changing the template, {{TEKM-link}}. The difference is:

  1. Objects used to be numbered with different prefixes, now we only use "TEKS"
  2. Images used to have no prefixes, now we use "TEKA" or "TEKI"
  3. The new links should be either of the following two patterns:
       * Objects: http://www.kringla.nu/kringla/objekt?referens=S-TEK/object/TEKS0005928
       * Images: http://www.kringla.nu/kringla/objekt?referens=S-TEK/photo/TEKA0012588

I appreciate any help regarding the changes in the template.

About replacing identifiers. I offer reports (excel for example) with old and new identification numbers. I really do not know how many pages this template is used by. If there's only a few and they´re easy to find I'd prefer to do the changes by hand.

There are pages using different links to "kulturarvsdata" or "www.kringla.nu" without using the template. If possible, I could use some help to find the pages and alter the links to the updated template. I really do not know how many pages there are. If there's only a few and they´re easy to find I'd prefer to do the changes by hand here, too. Example:

Any input to this information is appreciated. --ALLvet (talk) 09:38, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Update 2017-12-14 -- the template has been redirected, both here and on the Swedish Wikipedia. As per our e-mail discussion the links now go to DigitaltMuseum via kulturarvsdata.se. I've updated the filepages using the template with correct ID-numbers (apart from File:Cronstedt sketchbooks 1729.jpg, @ALLvet: that's the one we've talked about as "missing in action" ;)). --Alicia Fagerving (WMSE) (talk) 09:36, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
