Whether it was photographed in Berlin, in Stuttgart, in Frankfurt or elsewhere, it would have to be indifferent; because it is not a monument that stands on a permanent place. However, the scope should be supplemented, for example, right side, so that other good photos of this car can be classified as valuable. Further I would like a better file name. -- Lothar Spurzem (talk) 08:47, 3 August 2018 (UTC)  Comment Lothar Spurzem I would argue, that this is the "most common viewing angle" for a car and thus the image qualifies for the broader scope. the existence of a VI for a broader scope does not preclude other VICs for more specific scopes. geocoding seems to be a sensible suggestion independently of the VIC, same for more specific file name.
