Review (criteria)	Oppose The scope is really confussing. What has Skanderbeg to do with it? And why is the reason that is should be a good shot of the statue, when tis is not the scope? But what is now really the scope? Skanderberg, the Statue, the building. But I won't set my vote to promote because the perspective is not really good.
