  •  Support for a VI scope of Neptune (atmosphere). While this image was Picture of the Day in 2015, there appears to be no other image with a VI rating peering down through Neptune’s atmosphere to show surface anomalies. IMHO, this image best shows the Great Dark Spot, with Scooter and Dark Spot 2 visible to the south. For VI of an overall image of Neptune that shows both the planet and its characteristic rings, that would be a different VI scope. --GRDN711 (talk) 12:51, 6 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
