Reason	The scope is maybe a bit narrow, but there is a very high value (and very high quality), for this rare picture representing the young future Ho-Chi-Minh. It was taken in Marseille in 1921, at the beginning of the very first congress of the French Communist Party, and he is one of the "founding fathers" of this Party. Nguyên Aï Quoc was representative of french Indochina. High resolution press picture, restored by me. No geocode, it is a homework. Nominated as FP candidate too. -- Jebulon (talk)
