Comment I wonder if we should add Rennes in the scope name to be sure which palace we refer to. For example: Palais Saint-Georges, Rennes (exterior) --MrPanyGoff 12:15, 6 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so. The Palais Saint-Georges is unique. And we dont add "Paris" in the scope Eiffel Tower or Louvre Museum.--Paris 16 (talk) 18:16, 6 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I did not know this monument, but I asked Mr Google if there was another "Palais Saint-Georges" clearly there is none. The scope is acceptable in its formulation, but I find the remark of MrPanyGoff very fair. --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 05:54, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comment - I'm sure this palace is a great place but in terms of popularity the Eiffel Tower and Louvre are far more well-known. They even cannot be compared. Nevertheless, I think that even the Eiffel Tower and Louvre should go with Paris. Yes, most Europeans are familiar with them but can you imagine that half of the population of the world don't know what is Louvre or Eiffel tower at all. By the way, here some example of Saint Georges' palace: [1] and also this Palace hotel in St George's can be confusing.--MrPanyGoff 07:06, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Support Maybe there are some "Saint-George (without "s", by the way) Palace" in the world, but I know only one "Palais Saint-Georges" in French, and there is this one. No confusion possible IMO. Best in scope in my opinion. But the addition of "Rennes" could give a better information, indeed. It is the goal of "Commons", after all. That said, far more than the half of the population of the world don't know what "Commons" is, and it is a pity ! ;)--Jebulon (talk) 14:01, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
