  • I don't think any change is needed. Circular 38A as of August 2020 still does not mention Western Sahara or the SADR. Morocco claims and controls the country west of the berm, so their law can be taken to apply there. East of the berm the SADR is in control, recognized by many countries, and a member of the AU, so their law would apply if they had one. Aymatth2 (talk) 12:56, 26 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
