Српски / srpski: Lasta je bio dečiji časopis, list za Srpčad, čiji je prvi broj izašao 25. marta 1894. godine u Beogradu i izlazio je sve do 1897. godine. Časopis je izlazio jednom mesečno, u toku školske godine, prvih pet brojeva u prvom, a drugih pet u drugom polugodištu. Urednik Laste bio je Mil. Marković, sekretar ministarstva prosvete, a štampala ga je Državna štamparija Kraljevine Srbije. Prva četiri broja izlazili su kao dvobroji, odnosno dva broja u okviru jednog štampanog izdanja. Časopis je bio namenjen školarcima, tako su i tekstovi bili prilagođeni školskom uzrastu, sa namerom da imaju edukativne i vaspitne karakteristike.
English: Lasta (Swallow) was a children's magazine, a newspaper for Serbs, the first issue of which was published on March 25, 1894 in Belgrade and was published until 1897. The magazine was published once a month, during the school year, the first five issues in the first, and the other five in the second semester. The editor of Lasta was Mil. Markovic, Secretary of the Ministry of Education, and it was printed by the State Printing House of the Kingdom of Serbia. The first four issues were published as double issues, ie two issues within one printed edition. The magazine was intended for schoolchildren, so the texts were adapted to school age, with the intention of having educational and upbringing characteristics.

This work published in Serbia is in the public domain because its copyright expired pursuant to the Yugoslav Copyright Act of 1978 which provided for copyright term of the life of the author plus 50 years, respectively 25 years for photograph or a work of applied art.
