Description
Українська: Пропоновані «Замітки і матеріали до історії української революції» дають досить детальне і вичерпне уявлення про те, що ж відбувалось на Україні в часи УНР. Попри яскраву декларативну діяльність (Універсали, З'їзди з їх блискучими постановами, циркуляри тощо), як із сумом констатує сам автор (а він був активним учасником та очевидцем подій зсередини), практично не було зроблено нічого, щоб провести ті всі декларації у життя. Тим більше цікаво порівняти цю діяльність (тобто відсутність практичної діяльності) з результатами роботи Гетьманату П.Скоропадського, який за коротший строк досяг незрівнянно більших результатів.
