Description	日本語: ◆哈爾賓市街（北滿）露西亞が五十年前極東に手を延ばして松花江畔の一地點を選定したとき、今の哈爾賓は唯だ蘆萩の中に見出された一個の渡航場に過ぎなかつた。然るに東支鐵道東西南各線の中央集合地點として、西歐文明の一大文化都市が碁年ならずして現顯し、何事にもニチオーの露西亞人氣質は、時代が白に變らうが赤にならうが音樂と酒と女の耽溺の世界を實現してゐる。　（印畫の複製を嚴禁す）
