郊外クンデリン寺は、テンゲエリン寺、ワモリン寺、ツエチヨリン寺と共に西藏四大別格寺に一つとして名高い寺である。｜達賴法王の薨去後、次代の法王が即位して一定年齡に達する迄の統治者は、通例この四大寺の僧正中から選定せられる。｜寺背の小丘はハモリと呼ばれ、丘上の祠堂には觀音の化身と云ふケサル神を祀る。｜（印畫の複製を禁す）
