薩璊 （關東州）

金州城內には薩璊が八人居り、大仙或は打鼓子等と稱されて居る。皆女巫である。胡仙を祀り人の治療の依頼を受ければ、先づ顏を洗ひ淨め神衣として裙子を穿き、神壇に蠟燭を点火し、香爐に線香を立て、次に燭れを黃紙に移し、室の入口で燒き、神鼓を取り、靜に打ちながら祭神に一禮して椅子にかけて、太鼓の裏にある鳴金を鳴らし神歌を唱ひ、唱ひ終つてから依頼者に對して種々の問ひを發し、治療の法を行ひ終ると再び鼓を打き暫くして手をもつて顏をこすり息を吐き常態に歸るのが例である。
