Description
Русский: Обращается апостол Павел через своего ученика Тимофея и к рабам. Как они должны относиться к своему положению и своим господам? Предостерегает Тимофея от лжеучений, а также дает заключительные наставления.

Пастырское послание к Тимофею оканчивается. Лектор использует свой собственный перевод.

Шестая глава продолжает пятую, здесь между главами граница очень условная. Разбиралась ситуация внутри общины, как кого назначать. А в шестой появляется вопрос о рабстве. В христианскую общину ведь входили как свободные, так и рабы. Вполне могло оказаться так, что в одной общине раб и его хозяин. Что делать с этим?

Все, кто находится под рабским ярмом, пусть относятся к своим господам со всевозможным почтением, чтобы никто не поносил имя Божие и наше учение. (1Тим. 6:1)
