English: 1754 An exact view of his Royal Highness the Duke of Cumberland's Chinese Yacht, in which his Highness entertained the Royal Family. This Yatcht is in Length 40 Feet, and carries 50 ton Weight, has a grand Room in it 20 Feet long by 14. It floats on the great Water his Royal Highness has made near his Lodge in Windsor-Forest, which is above two Miles long, and as wide as the River Thames. It was finely Illuminated both within and without on the Occasion.

Engraving. Monochrome print showing a port view of the Duke of Cumberland's Mandarin Yacht (1753). The yacht is moored and shown against a plain background. The hull is decorated with a fire-breathing dragon and the deck enclosed with fretwork, two ladders descending to the water. A canopy, large flag pole and lantern are shown at the stern. The imposing central cabin has an elaborate Chinese roof ornamented with a pair of dolphins and hung with lanterns and bells.
