Description
English: Chief Builder Billy Harger, left, originally from Pearl City, Hawaii, and Utilitiesman Constructionman Ariel Hogue, a native of Pensacola, Fla., display a flag emblazoned with the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" design, Feb. 3, 3014. Both sailors are attached to Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East Detachment Misawa, and are also members of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Team, which is in Hokkaido, Japan, taking part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team sculpted a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to Sapporo to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors in an area of Japan that doesn’t receive much U.S. Navy exposure.
