Description
English: Operations Specialist 3rd Class Ryan Hershiser, assigned to Commander, Task Force 72, from Columbus, Ohio, speaks with Japanese elementary school children about the USS Constitution snow sculpture during the 66th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Hershiser is a member of the 2015 Navy Misawa Snow Team who created the sculpture for the festival and as a tribute to the U.S. Navy's oldest commissioned ship. This is the 32nd year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to serve as goodwill ambassadors.
