Une sapèque en zinc de l'empereur Nguyen Phuc Anh (1802-1819), ère Gia Long (1802-1819). A/ Gia Long thong bao (Monnaie courante de Gia Long) R/ That phan (7 van) Dimension : 24,3 mm Poids : 3,1 g. Les monnaies de zinc ont été émises à partir de 1813. La parité entre les monnaies de laiton et de zinc sont de 100/130 en 1812, puis de 100/120 en 1814. La monnaie de zinc avait moins de valeur que celle de cuivre ou laiton. Elle était utilisée pour les achats quotidiens. Référence : n°1161 BNF, C63 Remarque : Bien qu'il soit indiqué 7 phan comme poids au revers, cette monnaie est de 8 phan ! |
