Description
English: Afghan Local Police candidates offer their names to an Afghan National Army special forces soldier before a class on basic human rights in Kajran district, Daykundi province, Afghanistan, Dec. 12. The class was the first in a three-week course of instruction in basic weapons handling, explosive device detection and other skills necessary to protect and defend citizens and provide stability in the region.
