At thistime the land had not been finally acquired, and there was butlittle progress to report. Since that date no official inspection bythe Committee has been made, but it is reported that some 60 acreshave been felled and cleared, and that the Superintendents Bunga-low, with a considerable approach road, has been built. The nextreport of the Committee, following a further inspection which willbe shortly made, will be awaited with interest.
