Description
Slovenščina: Aleš Berger in Jaroslav Skrušný sta spregovorila o začetkih svojega prevajalskega dela, o tem, kako je francoščina postala poklicna izbira in nenazadnje o trdih prevajalskih orehih, terminoloških zagatah in iskanju informacij pred uveljavitvijo medmrežja.

Aleš Berger je iz francoščine prevedel nekatera dela avtorjev, kot so André Breton, René Char, Blaise Cendrars, Guillaume Apollinaire, Jacques Prévert in Guy de Maupassant, prevajal pa je tud iz španščine. Ima bogate uredniške izkušnje, prevajal je tudi za otroke, nenazadnje pa se je tudi usmeril v pisanje svojih del, od katerih je najnovejše letošnja zbirka Vicmaher: opilki.

Jaroslav Skrušný je prevedel številna dela francoske literature, denimo tekste Jeana-Paula Sartra in Alberta Camusa, ter češke književnosti: izstopata Václav Havel in Milan Kundera. Za prevode je prejel ugledne nagrade. Deloval je tudi kot televizijski in založniški urednik.

Pogovor je vodila Ana Geršak.

Dogodek se je odvil 5. 6. 2019 pred stavbo bivšega Daimonda v Novi Gorici.
