Peas. Extra Early Premium Gem Peas. For an early spring crop plant in light, rich, sandy soil, as early in the spring as the ground can be -worked. For a general crop a deep loam is pre- ferred. In quality the green wrinkled varieties are the besti as they are much the sweetest and keep in eatable condition longer than the other varieties. Extra Early PremlumGem Pods long and of a dark green color; polific; one of the ear- liest and best of the wrinkled sorts. Per ptt 5c, % pt 10c, pt 18c, qt 30c, % bu 50c, ^ bu 90c, % bn $1.60, bu ,'$3.00. - f-j .fiorsford's OTarket Garden. A grand wrinkled variety coming in' between Little Gem and Advancer. Vine two feet high; is very stocky and requires no brushing. It is extremely prolific and always bears its pods in pairs. A good market Pea. This is an early Dwarf Wrinkled Pea, usually ready for the table in 40 to 45 days from planting, only a few days later than the early round sorts. It grows about 14 inches high. It is cf vigorous constitution, and wonderfully productive, in which respect it excels suck rivals as American Wonder. Extra early and very fine. No variety can be more profitable for the market gardener, as thewhole crop ma- tures at once.
