t.Cover with boiling water and let standten minutes. Strain and set, covered, inthe ice box. At serving time add onecup of grape juice and one of red rasp-berry juice. Sweeten to taste and addas much lemon juice as is needed to bringout and combine the flavors. Stick atiny sprig of mint in each glass. Tea Punch Make a strong tea, but let it steep onlyfour minutes, otherwise it will becomecloudy. Add one-third as much lemonjuice as tea, with sugar to sweeten. Keepvery cold and when serving add onebottle of ginger ale. Lemonade The best lemonade is made from pre-pared syrup, in the proportion of one cup,each, of water and sugar boiled for tenminutes. A thin shaving of the yellowrind is an improvement. When thesyrup is cold, add the juice of four lemonsand allow two tablespoonfuls of themixture to one glass of water. Iced Coffee with Orange To one quart of strong cold coffee^addone cup of sweetened orange juice. Dropa tablespoonful of powdered ice in eachglass and top with whipped cream.
