Slipsare not capons and are undesirable. 7. Remove the spreaders. This allows the ribs to come togetherand close the alxlominal Avound. If a mistake has been made bysevering either the aorta or vena cava the fowl will die in a veryfew minutes from internal hemorrhage. Should death occur fromsuch source the fowl can be used for food.
