Cette préparalion montre très nettement la pénétration d'une fe- melle de Trichine (a, «') dans le vaisseau lymphatique très dilaté(c.) Dans la partie profonde, ce vaisseau reprend son calibre normal (c'). Une glande de Lieberkuhn, au voisinage du vaisseau parasité, montre un grand nombre de cellules en kario- kynèse [d). La fisjure 2 montre en d un grand nombre de ces cellules en mitose. Askanazy, qui a aussi cons- taté quelquefois, mais plutôt rarement, la karyokinèse des cellules des glandes de Liber- kûhn, considère ce phéno- mène comme normal. Pour nous, cette multipli- cation des cellules épithéliales est certainement en rapport avec la destruction des cellu- les glandulaires et de celles de revêtement, qui est si in- tense dans la trichinose. Notre façon de voir est corroborée par les observations de Zie- gler (1), qui a constaté que la division du noyau et de la cellule ne s'effectue pas seu- lement au niveau de la perte de substance, mais aussi à une certaine distance. Dans l'intestin, la perte des cellules épithéliales superficielles est compensée par la multipli- (Ij ZiEdLER, Lerbuch der uUgemeine Palhologie und derp'iihologisclieAiia- lomie. lena, 1901, volume 1, p. 302.
