The payments on account of pensions and annuities during the year amounted to$1,793,239.01. The invested fund of the Police Charitable Fund amounted to 8207,o.:)0.00. Thereare 28 beneficiaries of the fund at the present time, and there has been paid to them thesum of 84,502.00 during the past year.
