Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Approaching Bwlch y Dinas. The Dinas is prominent outcrop of rock above the village of Nant Peris. The word 'dinas' is used in Welsh to signify a hill fort, but there is no evidence of early settlement on these crags. The Bwlch[Pass]y Dinas runs behind the outcrop and provides relatively easy access to tracks running down in the direction of the village. The pass is used to move sheep on and off the Garn.
