There are at present two 150 horsepower automatic natural gas boilers in-stalled with provision being made for a third, andspace has been alloted in the compressor room foradditional refrigeration required when the con-templated Ice Cream Plant is put into operation.Also included is a transformer vault and the mainelectrical switchboard. Steam, hot water, refriger-ation, and the electric energy is supplied to theprocessing plant through a concrete undergroundtunnel. The Garage is a building of reinforced concrete50 feet by 93 feet used for the maintenance andrepair of over 100 local delivery trucks operatedby this particular plant. These trucks will beparked in the paved yard area surrounded by a7-foot wire fence when not in operation. The build-ing facilities also include a shop foremans office,grease racks, washing and cleaning racks, andnearby are two 1100-gallon storage capacity gaso-line tanks with pumps.
