Video ukazuje část slavností Arirang Festival, pořádaných na Stadionu 1. máje Rungrado v Pchjongjangu v Severní Koreji v roce 2012. Tento festival dává najevo zásadní důležitost úlohy Korejské strany práce v politickém systému, ukazuje síly korejské armády a oslavuje její vůdce – Kim Ir-sena a Kim Čong-ila.
