Built on a foundation of the common redsandstone, its domes may be seen in distant views of thefort. There is no ornament to detract from the religious senti-ment which should pervade a temple. The God you worshipthere is the God of Beauty. The bath-room, with its decora-tions of looking-glass, is curious, but you see the same effect inthe palace of the Maharajah of Jeypore.
