ACCOMMODATIONS. Each side of the house has on first story. Sitting Room, 13 feet x 14 feet ; Dining Room, 15 feet x 13 feet, and a Kitchen,12 feet X 12 feet ; also Pantry and Vestibule. Second story has three Chambers, three Closets and Bath Room. The entire house is finished in soft wood, painted. This house is presented to meet the demand for a double house, not costing too much money, and which shall have asufficient amount of room to command a fairly good rent. A tasteful exterior is obtained at a moderate cost, and economy is practiced on the interior wherever possible. We©specially recommend this plan to the consideration of those having property which they desire to make productive. The estimate of cost is from $2,200 to 2^2,600, not including plumbing. Width. 50 feet 6 inches; length, 47 feet, not including porches.Stone foundation to cellar bottom ; Cellar under whole house ; outside walls sided, gables and roof shingled. First story10 feet high ; second story 9 feet 6 inches high. In designing this house the idea has been to produce a building suitable for renting that shall furnish accommodationsfor two families of reasonable size. In drawing the elevations it has been an object to avoid the double house look as muchas possible. The house is as well fitted for a corner as for an inside lot. The hall and three rooms in each part trimmed with hard wood, balance of house Pine trim.
