Another very attractive path leads over the Kalenderbcrg to the(40 min.) Vorderbruhl. Beyond the church of St. Othmar (finger-post)we ascend in 10 min. to the Schwarzer Turm (1150 ft.), cross the hill,and then descend into the Briihl by steps cut in the rock. To reach the Husaren-Tempel from Vorderbriihl station (3/4 hr.)we diverge to the left from the highroad beyond the G-oldener SternInn (Hnsarentempelgasse), and follow first the road to the gravel-pjt and then the footpath going on in the same direction. TheHusaren-Tempel (1620 ft.), erected by Prince Liechtenstein in1813 over the grave of the officers of his regiment who fell atAspern, crowns the summit of the Kleiner Anninger. It affords anextensive view, reaching on the E. to the Leitha Mts. The terminus of the electric tramway is at Hinterbruhl (Hotel-Restaurant Helmstreitmiihle; Hot. zur Weintraube; Hot.
