Before his appoint-ment as trainmaster Mr. Brant, for severalyears, was division operator on the ToledoDivision of the C. H. & D. His many friendswish him success in his new position. J. M. Rowland, chief timekeeper of theW ells ton and Delphos Divisions, resigned onApril 15 to accept a position with the MeadPulp & Paper Co., of Dayton. Mr. Rowlandentered the service of the Company on October22, 1907, and for the last five years has beenchief timekeeper. His host of friends wishhim success in his new work. C. G. Ronk, assistant timekeeper, has beenpromoted to chief timekeeper, vice Mr. Row-land. George Keinat, clerk in the Maintenanceof Way Department has been assigned to theposition of assistant timekeeper.
