Baker, operator, and his wife, spentthe hot days of June in Kansas City, whereit was still hotter, and he states very dry. Harve Smith, operator SG office, Cin-cinnati, is again among us on the line.Smitty was successful in obtaining firsttrick at Midland City, on recent bulletin.A. J. Romine went to first trick atGrosvenor and R. K. Hall to the agencyat Grosevnor. Operators Mr. and Mrs. W^ E. Little- john, entertained with an elaborate picnicon the OBannon creek for Mrs. Little-johns parents and Scout Master Brownand family, of Hyde Park, Cincinnati. Allenjoyed the day, especially the eats,ices and creams. The picnic ended latein the evening.
