English: Passenger train leaving Bangor (1987) Northern Ireland Railways' 80-class No. 89 pulls the 13.25 passenger service to Portadown out of Bangor station. Seen at left, Bangor's BCDR signal cabin closed on 26 March 1988 and was later demolished. The railway station was rebuilt in 2000, reopening on 22 January 2001 as a combined rail/bus interchange.
