Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Bangor bound train at Carnalea - 1980
One of Northern Ireland Railways' BREL built 80-class sets calls at Carnalea station with a Belfast (Central) - Bangor passenger service. Only the station house still stands at Carnalea, all other buildings were demolished by either the UTA or NIR. The concrete waiting shelter at right is typical of a type constructed by NIR in the early 1970s.
