English: This manuscript from the Carthusian Monastery of Basel consists primarily of the best-known works by the Roman historian Sallust – De coniuratione Catilinaeand De bello Iugurthino. In addition, it contains various short texts and fragments of known (Isidore, Publilius Syrus, Ps.-Serviolus) and unknown authorship (rules for syllabification, arithmetical riddles) and a drawing of a labyrinth. The manuscript contains numerous interlinear and marginal glosses by various hands.
Deutsch: Die Handschrift aus der Basler Kartause besteht zur Hauptsache aus den zwei bekanntesten Werken des römischen Geschichtsschreibers Sallust – De coniuratione Catilinaeund De bello Iugurthino. Daneben enthält sie verschiedene kurze Texte und Fragmente bekannter (Isidor, Publilius Syrus, Ps.-Serviolus) sowie unbekannter Autorschaft (Silbenregeln, arithmetische Rätsel) und eine Labyrinthzeichnung. Sie ist mit zahlreichen Interlinear- und Marginalglossen von verschiedenen Händen versehen.
Français : Le manuscrit de la chartreuse de Bâle est composé principalement des deux œuvres les plus connues de l’historien romain Salluste, De coniuratione Catilinae et De bello Iugurthino. Il contient en outre différents textes brefs, des fragments d’auteurs connus (Isidore, Publilius Syrus, Ps.-Serviolus) ou d’attribution inconnue (règles syllabiques, énigmes arithmétiques), et un dessin de labyrinthe. Il est doté de nombreuses gloses interlinéaires et marginales de différentes mains.
Italiano: Il manoscritto della certosa di Basilea è composto principalmente dalle due opere più note dello storico romano Sallustio, De coniuratione Catilinae e De bello Iugurthino. Contiene inoltre vari testi brevi e frammenti di ben nota (Isidoro, Publilio Siro, Ps.-Serviolo) o di sconosciuta paternità (regole sillabiche, puzzle aritmetici) e il disegno di un labirinto. Contiene numerose glosse interlineari e marginali di varie mani. |
