Description
日本語: 基隆驛前附近。基隆驛は大基隆の北方港の西岸にあたる層子寮（ソウシレウ）にあつて縱貫鐵道及び宜蘭線の起點である。臺北驛まで一二粁餘僅に一時間以內で達せられるの。驛前の廣場は直に港に臨み港內小蒸汽の發着點となつて居り，附近にな稅關、旅館、船會社等の建物が立ち竝んでゐる。寫真は港內より基隆驛前附近を眺めたもので，右方の建物は商船會社及び郵船會社の支店である。驛と郵船支店の間を右に進めは基隆埠頭の岸壁に達する。（三尾良次郎，臺北高等學校教諭兼教授）
