English: Detail of the centre light of the tripartite stained glass window in the east wall of the sanctuary, created in the late 1860s by the studio of Alexander Gibbs, London. The centre window depicts a cross with a crown of thorns and quotes 1 Corinthians 15:55: “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”. (See Brian M.
